My blinds do not accept any commands form within the Homey App Invalid address 0010. The devices are KAKU ASUN650. Homey states that the devices are not supported in the future. I Am not happy with this message because I have to replace several devices Please help on question 1, how to solve the problem for now and 2 why are the devices declared and of life/support within Homey? ---

I had a message from the help desk today all the devices will be supported in the future that were already supported. Send them a diagnostic report. They are working hard to solve the problems. ---
