Niet, want voordat je hem kunt koppelen moet je hem resetten. En dat lukt blijkbaar sowieso niet. Kan dan ook haast niet met parameters te maken hebben, volgens mij moet een reset altijd werken. Al eens geprobeerd om de button langer dan 30 seconden ingedrukt te houden? ---

Dan denk ik dat ie echt om zeep is. Leuk om hem dan even open te schroeven, weet je gelijk hoe ze in elkaar steken… Schroef onder de sticker los, binnenring eruit, metalen aarde strip omhoog buigen, 2 schroeven met een lange dunne schroevedraaier losdraaien door de 2 gaten in de print en dan kun je alles er zo uithalen. Ik heb al gezien dat het mogelijk moet zijn om de antenne wat uit te breiden voor (hopelijk) een betere reikweidte… 😛 ---

Hallo, ik heb 4 van dit soort pluggen in mijn huis, en die zijn nodig om het netwerk uit te breiden voor mn z wave deur sensoren, anders werken deze niet of heel slecht. Echter na een paar dagen stoppen deze plugs mer werken, ook het knopje zet ze dan niet meer aan… Als ik ze uit en in plug doen ze het weer eventjes, maar dat is geen doen zo. Iemand (al) enig idee waar dit aan ligt en of er wat aan te doen is? Word er helemaal zat van ondertussen … ---

De app is een paar maal ge-update de laatste weken, dus misschien eens proberen om de Coolcam app te herstarten. Anders misschien eens proberen om er één te unpairen, resetten en dan weer op de juiste manier te koppelen. Kan nl zijn dat je V2 versies hebt die nu secure zijn gekoppeld. Die willen nog wel eens problemen geven. De nieuwste versie van de app koppelt ze non secure. ---

Hallo, ik heb twee Neo Coolcam plugs gekoppeld om mijn z-wave bereik te vergroten. Echter als ik in het route overzicht van de z-wave nodes kijk, dan nemen de coolcams nooit een rol als repeater in de route. Het lijkt er dus niet op dat ze mijn z-wave bereik/netwerk vergroten. Iemand een idee toevallig? ---

Ik heb een vijftal Eurotronic Spirit z-wave thermostaat knoppen die vaak onbereikbaar zijn. Daarbij al een Aeonlabs signaal versterker geplaatst, maar ook als ik die er tussenuit haal dan spelen de Neo Coolcam plugs geen rol in de node route. Lijkt met alsof ze niet als repeater fungeren terwijl ze vanuit Homey wel bereikbaar zijn. ---

Hello, i just got 4 new PowerPlugs of type NAS-WR01ZE which normally work but these new ones pair just fine but only are not recognized as a V1 or V2 plug so only work as switch but not as power measurement. The ProductID and Manufacturing ID differs from the others while all are of the type NAS-WR01ZE. ![NeoCoolcam_New_NAS-WR01ZE_notfullyworking](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/7/7/773ea29dc9f43c9eb5c45c1581a8ef2095cdb5d4.jpeg) So now i wonder if this is really a new plug perhaps or if the plugs would maybe not work correctly. all 4 are exactly the same and the pairing works fine. this is on app 2.1.9 on homey 4.2.0 and i don’t see a newer version of the app. restarting the app does not solve anything so i am out of ideas. ---

It looks like they have added a new version or have changed the ID (again). You should mention this to the developer @MarcoRuiter so he can add the new id for correct identification upon pairing. Or you can can create a new Github issue **[here](https://github.com/mruiter/com.neo/issues)**. Ooops. This had to be in Dutch: Het lijkt erop dat ze een nieuwe versie hebben of dat ze het ID hebben veranderd. Je kunt dit melden bij @MarcoRuiter zodat hij het nieuwe ID kan toevoegen zodat bij het toevoegen de nieuwe ID wordt herkend. Of je kunt **[hier](https://github.com/mruiter/com.neo/issues)** een nieuw Github issue openen. ---

Ok, I thought something like that. New pirs from the same brand are still V2 and working just fine. Thanks for your reply. I will let @MarcoRuiter know and/or create an issue on github [added] i was not the only one with these plugs and MarcoRuiter will put a test version app to test 🙂 ---

MarcoRuiter created an updated app.json for SDKv2 and a driver.compose.json SDKv3 (i think). If i know how to test it, i will test it. I haven’t figured out yet howto test the updated file, i do not see a howto. I think the app needs to be downloaded and then installed with the update json file but not entirely sure. Will see when i have some free time to see if i can test the update. ---

It it’s on Github, then download the zip file from there and follow the instructions from **[this topic](https://community.homey.app/t/how-to-cli-install-method/198)**. Ooops. Ok, dus het is een kwestie van de gehele app(ingepakt) downloaden en installeren. Was aan het zoeken naar alleen een enkel bestand bijwerken. Ik las iets over dat de app na handmatige installatie niet meer automatisch bijwerkt. Weet iemand of je dat weer kan oplossen door de app te verwijderen en uit de store te installeren of moeten dan de apparaten ook weer opnieuw geïnstalleerd worden ? ---

Dat ligt eraan hoe hij de bestanden beschikbaar heeft gesteld. Daar heb ik niet naar gekeken. Als het een complete installatie is geldt het bovenstaande. Anders geldt het bovenstaande en dan na het uitpakken van de zip zelf de nieuwe bestanden op de juiste plek zetten vóór installatie. Als het goed is (geen ervaring mee, dus niet 100% zeker) kun je er later een nieuwe versie gewoon overheen installeren.
