Seit einigen Tagen sind die Steckdosen, die über Alexa mit Homey Pro verbunden wurden, nicht mehr aktiv. Betroffen sind bei mir allerdings nur die Steckdosen. Sie werden dunkelgrau dargestellt und bei Auswahl gibt es ein Time Out. Neustart der App und Wartung/Reparatur bringen keine Besserung. Du kannst aber natürlich auch hier im deutschsprachigen Bereich auf Hilfe anderer User warten. Ich kann Dir jedenfalls nicht helfen, habe keine Alexa. ---

Ich hab das mal mit alten Tuya Plugs getestet. Den Fehler kann ich bestätigen. Ist aber interessant, dass sich im Alexa Topic scheinbar noch niemand zu Wort gemeldet hat, zumindest nicht in den letzten paar Tagen. Könnte das eventuell ein regionales Problem (Deutschland) sein? ---

Ich kann das Problem bestätigen - bei mir ist es exakt das gleiche Störungsbild wie bei dir, Chris. Neustart, Wartung/Reparatur, Entkoppeln der App und auch Deinstallation der App haben nichts gebracht. Es wird auch kein Fehlersymbol angezeigt. Die Neueinrichtung einer Steckdose war auch erfolglos. Hat jemand das Problem bereits an Jamie gemeldet? Noch einen schönen Abend Niklas ---
