# Problem with Zigbee Interview

Hi,

I am working on an plugin for Tempiro [https://tempiro.com](https://tempiro.com)  
It was working for v2 sdk but decided to switch to v3 api before I released something.

I have the basics working but can’t get battery or load status.  
When I go to [https://developer.athom.com/tools/zigbee](https://developer.athom.com/tools/zigbee) and Interview it starts the process but afters some minutes I get an timeout error.

Any idea what could be causing it? I tried to disable all plugins using Zigbee without any progress.

This is the output I got from nodePrint with the v2 version of the plugin:
