Hello! I have problems with the Homey web app. When I’m going to make a flow, I just get a blank box. There are no suggestions on the right to choose from. Same thing happens on both Safari and Chrome. Open the developer tools of your browser (_not_ the developer tools of Homey) and check if there are any errors appearing in Console. ---

Hi @Daniel_Ideborg did you manage to find a solution for this? Im having the same issue with the Web App being empty. No devices or flows are visible. Update: When looking in the browser console I could see that [homey.homeylocal.com](http://homey.homeylocal.com) could not be accessed. A quick look in NextDNS showed that it was blocked as part of the “DNS bypass protection” option. Is there currently know issues for Homey Web app as all my flows are missing and at time I can get devices page to load fine. No issues on Phone app. I have already tired 3 different browsers and cleared my cache etc. still same issue Just keep getting Network request failed error ---

Homey Pro 2023 It was working on and off earlier today but again tonight same issues. Have created a support ticket so will wait and see what they come up with . ---

I have tried: - Different browsers - Different devices - phone and laptop - I cannot use the iOS app as it won’t work with the version of the firmware I’m running on Homey - Logged in and out - Restarted Homey - (I won’t upgrade Homey firmware as many of the devices I use do not work on the later versions - LightwaveRF 1 for example) - I suspect that the updates to standard flow/advanced flow models mean that some of what I have is now incompatible, but, it’s peculiar to me that they still work I just cannot see them to modify them ---

Indeed I would and posting on here is to see if others have experienced the same to determine if that is the cause - i.e if it’s really unfixable. That said I could understand if flows didn’t work anymore but they do, there are just not visible or editable. Nothing has changed on my setup for 4 years ---

Running 4.20 on original Homey. It’s been running this for many years, no upgrades, no problems. The iOS Homey App hasn’t supported this version for a few years now too so I am constrained to the web. The LightwaveRF app/devices are incompatible with newer Homey versions and they are my primary devices which is why I won’t upgrade. ---

Nothing has changed on your Homey, it’s just that the apps (web/mobile) that are showing your Homey’s data have since been updated and don’t work anymore with the responses that they get from your Homey. In other words: it’s a display issue.
