# Problem with Alexa skill that doesnt find my Homey PRO

Hello,  
I’m contacting you because I’m at the beginning of my configuration.  
I have a problem connecting my homey pro with Alexa. When I want to activate the skill, it should normally connect me to Homey, but now it’s looking for devices to connect and can’t find anything …  
I’ve tried everything (changing the network, re-initialising the homey, uninstalling apps). I’ve looked for everything on the internet but no solution …
