# Prevent my garage or frontdoor from accidentally opening with a "code" in the devicebutton

Flows are the regular way to open. But a protectioncode on the devicebutton makes is not possible to press the device with out a code. You don’t want to come back from vacation and your door is open bij accidentally opening. Now a use a fibaro puls switch for opening my garagedoor. Is is possible to block the device with a code?

What do you mean by ‘device button’? The play button from a flow or a virtual button on your homescreen?
Can’t you just simply disable the flow that contains your garage door before you go on holiday?

this device button i mean. Disable a flow is a solution indeed. But i am looking for a safe solotion for daily use.
