Hi all,

On the homey website the new Homey Pro is now available for pre-order.
There is an optionel extra in the form of an Ethernet Adapter.

Im not ready to replace my old Homey yet but would it be possible to purchase the ethernet adapter only ?

Would it be compitable with my old (2019-2020) Homey Pro ?

No, since it has no usb-c-port.

Thanx Martijn,

It would have to be a mini USB adapter then.
However, being able to hook it up doesnt necessarily mean it would work 😉

I’d think it also needs some software to support that so I highly doubt it would work 🙂

That doesn’t work either. I still had an adapter from another system. I tried it a few months ago. No way !

So the “free upgrade, every ball now = a Pro” rule is out the door?
