**Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice.**

I’m using a **POPP Z-Rain** rain sensor that worked perfectly for a long time. I first used it with **Homey 2019** and later with **Homey Pro (2023)** without any issues.

The same sensor worked correctly before on both Homey 2019 and Homey Pro (2023). The problem only started recently.

Recently, I haven’t been able to connect it anymore. The device is included successfully, but immediately afterwards it is shown as **Offline / Unreachable** and doesn’t communicate.

I’ve already tried:

- removing and including the device again,
- factory resetting the sensor,
- replacing the batteries with new ones,
- rebooting Homey,
- removing the old Z-Wave node and creating a new one.

None of these steps helped. In Homey Developer Tools, the device is still shown as **Offline / Unreachable** , even though the inclusion process completes successfully. The Z-Wave route is direct to Homey, and there are no transmission errors.

I’m attaching a screenshot from Homey Developer Tools showing the device status after successful inclusion.

Has anyone experienced the same problem or found a solution? Is this possibly related to a recent Homey firmware update or the Z-Rain app?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
