Hallo, ich habe eine Polk Command Bar mit Alexa. Leider lässt sich diese nicht in Homey über die Alexa-App einbinden. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich, wie ich die Command Bar in Homey einbinden kann ? Viele Grüße Lothar ---

Ich glaube über die Alexa App hast du da keine Chance. Wenn du deine Soundbar über Homey steuern willst, fällt mir da der Logitech Harmony Hub oder der Broadlink ein. Prüf aber bitte mal, ob deine Fernbedienung per Infrarot sendet. ---

Hallo, danke für die schnelle Antwort. Die Fernbedienung der Polk Command Bar sendet per Infrarot. Aber da diese eine Alexa integriert hat ( habe aber bis jetzt nicht herausgefunden ob es ein Echo oder Echo Dot ist), hatte ich die Hoffnung die Soundbar über Homeys Alexa-App steuern zu können. Habe schon alle aufgeführten Geräte aus der App ausprobiert, leider erfolglos. Gruß Lothar ---

Die Polk CommandBar ist kein echter Echo. Es ist nur ein lizensierter Nachbau. Das ist auch der Grund, warum einige Dienste auf diesem nicht funktionieren (z.B. DropIn). Ich kämpfe seit der Beschaffung mit der Bar. Anfangs fand ich sie recht “smart”. Mittlerweile ist sie zum Hassobjekt geworden. Sie “versteht” oft nicht oder hängt sich regelmäßig auf. Auch funktioniert beim einschalten des Fernsehers oft der Ton nicht. Hast Du ähnliche Probleme? ---

Hiho, ja, ich kann deine Probleme bestätigen. Ich muss die Command Bar mindestens ein mal pro Woche resetten, sprich Netzstecker raus. Manche Kommandos funktionieren erst nach dem dritten oder vierten Versuch. Bin mittlerweile auch ein wenig gefrustet. Hoffentlich gibt’s mal ein Update damit das besser wird. Viele Grüße Lothar ---

Ich hab die jetzt glaube ich schon zwei Jahre - Besser wurde es mit keinem Update 😕 Ich bin noch auf der suche nach einer vernünftigen Soundbar, welche Alexa integriert hat. Leider hab ich noch nichts gefunden. Schönen Abend noch.
