Inmiddels heb ik al 5x alle te doorlopen stappen uitgevoerd op het Tuya IOT platform en het gaat goed totdat ik de apparaten wil toevoegen in Homey dan blijft de melding komen please configure the app first. Ik heb in Homey alle apparaten van Tuya verwijderd en weet niet waarom het niet lukt. Heb in verband met verouderde Api’ s deze stappen al vaker doorlopen en toen ging het goed. Ik snap niet waar het nu fout gaat. Iemand een idee waar ik naar moet kijken? ---

Hoi Peter, Ik pak altijd die handleiding erbij en volg de stappen. Nu echter zonder resultaat. Heb nu vanmorgen een ander account aangemaakt bij Tuya en dezelfde stappen doorlopen en nu is het wel gelukt. Er zal dus toch ergens bij dat oude account iets niet goed staan. ---

Hoi Tara, gelukkig werkt het weer a.d.h.v. de handleiding. Ik vermoed dat je ‘iot core free trial’ periode was verlopen. Die dien je ieder half jaar te verlengen. Dit was voor mij ook de oplossing nadat ik een nieuw account aangemaakt had in Tuya IoT Platform. ---

Hier ook problemen. Uiteindelijk was (denk ik) de oplossing om ‘Verander je naam’ in de natieve Tuya app te veranderen in het emailadres.
