You should use the AND condition: Continue with a chance of 33% from the Logic category. Daisy-chain the action cards, and put the AND condition before each “Cast youtube video” action ---

That’s almost correct, but you need to connect each Logic card to the previous Cast video card. With your current method, multiple can trigger at once. You might also want to use only 3 Logic cards, and connect the last 2 actions to the third Logic card, as a protection if all 4 cards return false ---
