I would really like for the phone (or tablets) logged in to the homey app to be able to show up as devices aswell.
This will allow for getting battery state etc from the phone/tablet.

This is possible in home assistant, so why not?

I think you can, with MacroDroid or alike and when you create a virtual device.

I asume with HA it isn’t out-of-the-box either..

You can use MacroDroid for the battery value, here’s an example macro that I use:

IF:

- Any battery change

THEN:

- Send HTTP GET request:
– URL: [https://webhook.homey.app/](https://webhook.homey.app/)/\<event-name?tag=

The values can be found here:

- Homey ID: More→Settings→General in the mobile app
- Event name: the name you set in the event received Flow card
- Tag: can be added with the 3 dots next to the URL in MacroDroid

The Flow:

I’m setting a logic variable here, but you can also use a virtual device like @JohanP suggested

This is something we are also very much interested in, just on a long long list of stuff we would like to add 🫣

Yes, it is, as long as you have the HA app installed on your mobile.

Yes, there are ways to achieve some kind of support for this both on android and iPhone, but it’s a hassle. The home assistant app support this straight of out the box

Would be nice to automate alarms on mobile automatically dependent on whether it’s a WFH day or a commute day rather than to a speaker

@Doekse : will iOS app 9.7.0 make this possible?
