# Philips HUE Bridge nicht erreichbar

hallo! ich verwende die philips hue Bridge v.1 - hatte diese schon mittels homey erreicht bzw. betrieben. Nun taucht sie nicht mehr auf, woran liegt es bzw. wie kann ich ein -reset/Neustart im homey betreffend hue-Bridge veranlassen?

Deine Information sind ein wenig dürftig.

An welcher Stelle scheiterst Du beim hinzufügen von Geräten?

Zum einem fügst Du ja nicht die Bridge zum homey dazu sondern die einzelnen Geräte die an der Hue Bridge angelernt sind.  
Hast du noch Hue Bridge Geräte in homey oder nicht?!

hallo osorkon! danke f d hilfe! das ist wie verhext - nun hat es soweit funktioniert (eine IRIS lässt sich nicht integrieren) 7 von 8 lampen sind jedoch nun in der hue-bridge, als auch im homey.

Die (alte) IRIS kann man nur mit der runden Fernbedienung am HueHub anlernen. Such dazu mal nach Videos, da wird das recht gut erklärt.

dimm Schalter so nah wie möglich an die Iris für 10 sek gleichzeitig an und aus drücken, geht auch 🙂
