# Philips hue 404 error

My Philips hue hub isn’t connecting to the homey bridge. Every time I try to connect I get a 404 error does anyone know how to fix it I am really new to this ( as in got my bridge today )

Not a solution, but you might want to check the dedicated [Philips Hue app topic](https://community.homey.app/t/app-philips-hue-transform-the-way-you-experience-light/79). I see other users reporting the same issue.

You might need to reach out to Athom for [support](https://homey.app/support/), if the suggestion in that topic don’t work.
