# Person's presence no longer updated

Since this morning, the App is no longer recognizing when someone is leaving. Even when the geo-location feature is on.

Moreover, it is even not possible to manually change the status of a person on “away” - not on the App, not on the Website ([https://my.homey.app](https://my.homey.app)).

Receiving the following error on the website

Is this a general problem?  
What is happening and how can this be solved?
