Apologies, I assumed that [this thread](https://community.homey.app/t/error-panasonic-comfort-cloud-app/65935/105) was the official one, but it just turns out to be a thread discussing issues with the app (which eventually even resulted in an [alternative app](https://store.homey.community/app/net.schmidt-cisternas.pcc-alt) to work around those issues).
