# Nuki "not available"

Hello, my nuki doorlock is always shown as “not available”  
Anybody got an idea about that?

That’s not a lot of information.  
What have you already tried to solve the problem?  
Which app do you use and which version is installed?

My Nuki Smartlock works with the Nuki App (Athom) v2.5.0 without problems.
