# Notifications on unavailable

Hi

I have made this simple flow, but nothing happens when a Presense Sensor becomes unavailable?

Do you have other flows that send **critical** alerts and do they work? On iOS you need to explicitly [enable](https://homey.app/en-us/news/introducing-critical-alerts/) those type of alerts for the Homey app.

If there is no issue with receiving critical alerts, I’d suggest to post your issue in the [Device capabilities](https://community.homey.app/t/app-pro-device-capabilities-enhance-the-capabilities-of-devices/43287) app topic.
