# No connection all Philio pst02 multisensor, or app problem?

About 3 weeks all three philio multisensor don’t work anymore. I gave it new battery’s. I found out that a restart of the app works for a short moment, correct, but within no time he loses connection, for all my three devices. And then: my sun shutters won’t work… Who can help me?
