Does not seem to be a bug

Regarding the certified device [Homey is not fully matter compatible, cant add CSA device listed to work for all certified matter platforms](https://community.homey.app/t/issues-adding-a-matter-over-thread-dimmer/117235); Athom is referring me to the manufacturer.
