# Nexa doorbell button no longer work w Homey

Homey no longer detects the Nexa door bell remote LMLR-710. It has worked before during fall 2020 but even though new battery and the doorbell do work, Homey no longer detects the remote. I updated to latest Nexa App but it did not help, I also removed the remote from Homey devices but it is no longer possible to add it back again, even when I keep it close to Homey. Any thoughts on how/if this can be fixed?
