# Newbie question - how to contact developers?

Hi,
What is the preferred way to reach out to the developer of an app?
I have tried sending suggestions via this platform to a couple developers and waiting for a few weeks - but get no replies.

At the bottom of the app page you can usually find a link for support/contact. Be aware that most developers work on their app(s) in their spare time, have busy lives, and some get a lot of support requests, so they won’t always be able to deal with them in a timely manner, or won’t separately react to every single request.
