# New Construction House - Seeking Advice and Input

I am planning out the build of my new construction house in the United States. I have started to compile a list of systems and controllers that I plan to use. I would welcome any input or advice on this list and other items I need to consider during planning stages.

**Home Automation and Systems**

1. Homey Pro

2. Ubiquiti

3. Pentair

4. Samsung

5. LG

6. Illumavue

7. Honeywell/DSC/Quolsys

8. Innovative

Does the garage dehumidifer have a Homey app or work with Tuya? Otherwise it’s likely not supported.
