# NEO Coolcam wall plug...consumption metering reset

Hi guys,  
I have problem with my wall plug NEO Coolcam because I want to reset consumption metering  
I try to factory reset, but Homey still shows consumption from the beginning of use  
can anybody help with this?

That has to be possible, Martin, using a flow

Bij mn neo coolcam plug v1 werkt dit niet.

Wil graag de kWh teller op nul hebben 🤔
