# Neo Coolcam single switch would not include

When I try to include the Neo Coolcam single switch homey gives me a message that including has failed.

Anyone else has the same problem? Home is like 1 meter away from the switch.

Keep the Device and Homey closer to each other, like less then 10 cm, and try again.
