Hi guys. My first post on this community so bare with me. I’ve tried to look for topics that are similar but wasn’t able to find any. I’m running into several issues with the z wave neo coolcam powerplugs. While they’re great value for money they tend to have a downside (at least for me). I currently have 16 powerplugs but two or three tend to have issues. Some of the powerplugs have a terrible energymeter (energiemeter in Dutch). They sometimes translate the energy consumed to a negative million-or-something number. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I’ve tried to reset the meters which was successful for a day or so. Would appreciate your help.
Thanks, Emiel

> A warning for all who bought the plugs recently (end of 2018, start of 2019): It appears there are new plugs on the market. You can’t determine this from the package, the plug itself or the manual. The only way you can see this is after adding it to the network. The new devices are marked as “secure” and have a different id, see picture.
