# Namron Zigbee Thermostats (Could not get the device by id)

Hi,  
I successfully added 5 devices (namron thermostat) but when I tap on any of them I get this message **Could not get the device by id**. I’m a new beginner with Homey 🙂

Any solution to the problem? Hopefully someone can help me

It leads you to Github issue tracker. You can look in the solved issues for a solution, or create a new issue to report your problems

Hi Peter,

Another user had the same issue after the latest update of the Namron app, using a test version of it solved the problem (Gihub issue tracker page). Works as it should now! 🙂
