# Mystrom offline

Als ich Homey gekauft habe, wollte ich bei gewissen Geräten nicht mehr Cloud abhängig sein. Warum geht mystrom nicht mehr? Obwohl ich die App schon mal neu gestartet habe. Auch Magic Home ging nicht mehr, auch ein Dreieck mit ausrufe Zeichen. Also alle Geräte mit Wlan. Das Gerät von Magic Home habe ich gelöscht und neu hinzugefügt. Ging einwandfrei. Weiss jemand wiso die Geräte nicht mehr gingen? Also Wlan Geräte. Und nicht das erste mal.

Hast du den betroffenen Wlan Geräten eine feste IP Adresse zugewiesen ?  
Ist die IP in deinem Router und Homey identisch ?

Wo kann ich bei Homey die IP nachschauen des Gerätes?

Nicht in Homey.

Die feste (statische IP) für die betroffenen Geräte musst Du in deinem WLAN Router einstellen.

Hallo Osorkon,  
Ja das weiss ich wie eine fixe Ip einstellen,  
Aber die frage war ist im homey die gleiche Ip? Vermutlich habe ich es falsch verstanden. Im router hat das gerät 192.168.1.14. Und jetzt habe ich im homey gesucht. Und weiss nicht wo nachschauen.

Ich mache jetzt eine fixe ip der geräte.

Je nach dem wie die App funktioniert, findest Du die Geräte Details in den Einstellungen des Gerätes (Homey) Werden die MyStrom Geräte local eingebunden oder über die Cloud des Herstellers?
