# My Ikea bilresa dual button

Hey All

I have some problem with my ikea things running over Matter / Matter over Therad.  
Firste i cant update it with coming with “RPCSocket unavailable” and something it just just disconnected and i need to restart homey.

I run my main homey setup i LXC on proxmox. and i can update firmware in HA.  
I hope someone can help me.

I have 2 homepod mini, 1 in living room and 1 in kitchen. and i have a ikea dirigera

Yeah, the support site does its best to _not_ have to provide support. Instead of choosing that you have an issue with Matter, choose “Other” and you will get a form that you can fill in.

Go to [Support | Homey](https://homey.app/en-nl/support/) then “My Homey isn’t listed”, then you should get a form.
