Hi I’ve tried numerous amount of times trying to add a Finger Bot to Homey and I cannot get it to connect. Am I missing something here? Do these devices need a hub to work with Homey? Thank you ---

I have not tried, but the best chance could be the [Ultimate Zigbee Hub](https://community.homey.app/t/app-pro-universal-tuya-zigbee-device-app-lite-version/140352/91) I would be interested in reading it works. Then I might buy some. 😅 ---

Isn’t this a Bluetooth device (not a ZigBee device)? On the [MOES product page](https://moeshouse.com/products/smart-bluetooth-fingerbot?variant=40205409026129), it is listed as BLE. ---

In that case you’ll need an app which supports BLE fingerbots. AFAIK there isn’t one (yet). You can create a request @ [https://request-a-brand.homey.app/](https://request-a-brand.homey.app/) and hope for the best. ---

It’s strange because when you Google finger bot , you find some models that are BLE and some that are Zigbee. I’ve been trying to source a Zigbee version however I don’t trust Amazon listings. ---

True, you have to carefully select the right type, it’s horrible. ---

Just received 3 Zigbee versions and they all time out when you try and control them through Homey. They pair perfectly however they don’t function @johan_bendz
