# Migration from HC2 to Homey

Hi!

Is there a smart way to change controllers? I really don’t want to go around re-adding everything. When searching I find some suggestions to add the Homey to the HC2 - is there an “import” button I am missing?

If you want to “change controllers” then the only way is to remove all devices from HC2 and include them into Homey.  
Don’t think there is a way to add Homey to the HC2, but even if you could, Homey would not be able to see the HC2’s added devices.

A bit of a deal-breaker for me - I won’t be pulling down tens of window/door-sensors to re-pair them.
