# Matter 1.3 Specification Released - Will power monitoring now be supported by Homey?

We took a quick look at the situation, and it seems that these devices initially report `“I have RMS measurements"` prompting Homey to start listening to those RMS clusters. However, later on, the device begins reporting to different clusters, leaving the RMS cluster as `undefined`.
