Sinds kort kan ik geen verbinding meer krijgen met magic home wifi led controller. Via cloud server en Google smartthings lukt het wel. Maar homey ziet hem niet. Iemand tips? ---

Heb je al een homey herstart geprobeerd? Dat werkte voor mij. Evt een PTP proberen. En daarna een paar uur wachten zodat alles zich in kan stellen. Bij mij duurde het bijna drie uur na een PTP. Daarna begon het spontaan te werken. ---

Wat lukt niet contact met de app of gebruik maken van de devices? ---

Kan hem met smarthings bedienen en via Google aan en uit en andere kleur maar via homey kan ik hem niet meer toevoegen. Altijd wel goed gewerkt tot denk maand of 3 terug ---

Heb je de app al eens verwijderd, Homey herstart en de app opnieuw toegevoegd? En is het device echt weg of staat hij nog bij Homey als een onbekend device? ---

Helemaal verwijderd app d’r af en opnieuw geïnstalleerd. Zie ook dat de led controller niet word gevonden door homey zelf. ---

Homey is versie 6.1.0 Home magic led 33.v6.37.6826-a software die er op zit ---

Ok. Ik heb ook Homey versie 6.x Maar de magic home versie die ik bedoel is magic home app op Homey. Dat is bij mij versie 3.0.3 Als dat bij jouw ook zo is heb ik alleen nog als aanvulling dat ik mijn led controllers een vast ip adres heb gegeven. Als jij dat ook hebt en het werkt nog niet, heb ik geen ideeën meer. Sorry. ---

Jaa bij mij is die ook 3.0.3 Heb hem ook op vast ip staan maar dan uit gegeven via de router. Maar hij heeft wel connectie met cloud dienst. Maar niet via lokaal netwerk. Als je bij device manager kijkt is da werkt bolletje blauw en die andere grijs. Heel raar. Toch bedankt voor de moeite ---

Geen idee heb hem er tussen uitgehaald en een zigbee controller tussen gezet
