# Luxaflex top down bottom up

Can anybody help me. I want to use the PowerView app for luxaflex duette and the app has a status indicator. When I put the duette in a certain position the status indicator returns to 0% after a certain amount of time.

Also, positions 1 and 2 sometimes work and sometimes don’t.
