how can I install LSC app in Homey I have a Power socket.

LSC = Tuya.

When your ‘Homey’ is one of the Pro models  
and  
When your power socket uses wifi:  
Install the Tuya Cloud app, and follow instuctions at the app’s forum topic, as mentioned on the Tuya Cloud app page @ homey.app
