The title says it all. I’ve so far not been able to find a wifi outdoor plug that works with Homey. Any suggestions?

No personally suggestion, as I don’t use the plug myself. Just searched the App Store:

– [Meross Wifi Outlet MSS620EU](https://www.meross.com/en-gc/smart-plug/wifi-outlet/45)
– [Meross App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-us/app/com.meross/Meross/)

Ok you need to check each for outdoor yourself as that isn’t a filter option

Maybe not what you’re looking for at first, but this is an idea I’d like to share:
I’ve built a [Shelly Plus1](https://opencircuit.shop/product/shelly-1-plus-wi-fi-inbouwschakelaar-16a) into an outdoor junction box, to control the wall outlet I liked.

Whilst most wifi outdoor sockets are Tuya based, they’ll need internet to function.

Shelly offers lots of wifi devices, which work 100% locally, unless you want/need it to be controlled via internet.

Cumbersome, but thank you!

Good solution, but I´m looking for something a little more sleek.

You can always drop support a note, if it’s possible to add an ‘Outdoor’ category.
But then the protocols will not be specified I’m afraid (it’s probably muchos workos) 😉
