Hi I Imported hcpy-devices.json successfully. All appliances appear under Discovered appliances with TLS-PSK. Devices are created but all show: “Appliance is unreachable on the local network.” Diagnostic report: 716c5d73-1623-4e02-986d-5e78b9fd815a ---

Hi i found a way to get this to work when i looked a bit closer in the forum here 🙂 worked for all products except my owen that is in another network. This is really a great app! I also added ‘.local’ in the host to have it working. I’m looking for a way to start the ‘selected’ program, on dryer/washer/dishwasher. HomeWizard can do it, so the interface is possible. I just want to completely set the program on the machine, and just start ‘selected’ if the energy is cheap. Would this be possible? or just a ‘start program’ like there also is ‘stop program’. If I must choose one of the 20 programs (or more) in a flow, it’s gonna be incredibly difficult. Thanks ---

Tested today with our Bosch dishwasher, it works great! I went with the manual JSON import route outlined in [Releases · bruestel/homeconnect-profile-downloader · GitHub](https://github.com/bruestel/homeconnect-profile-downloader/releases), but other than that it works great! ---

Hello, I noticed the following issue today: the dishwasher attempts to cancel the program and drain the water even when the door is open. Could it be that this parameter wasn’t deliberate? The program even starts running while the door is open; however, I cancelled it immediately—I didn’t want to let it proceed to the point where the water starts flowing. ---

It sounds like it’s not an app problem. Have you tried to reset the machine or /and disconnect the wifi? ---

I had the same problem: my Bosch and Siemens appliances could be added to **Home Connect (Local)**, but they remained offline in Homey. I used ChatGPT with the Homey connection to troubleshoot it. ChatGPT inspected the devices, app data and available Flow cards directly in my Homey. The problem turned out to be that the appliances’ local hostnames were missing .local. After correcting the hostnames and pairing the devices again, both appliances started working locally. To get similar help, you need to: 1. Use a ChatGPT mode that supports the @Homey/Homey connection. 2. Connect your Homey account and grant ChatGPT access. 3. Install the test version of **Home Connect (Local)**. 4. Complete the Home Connect authentication yourself and import the appliance profile according to the Community guide. 5. Tell ChatGPT which devices are offline and ask it to: - inspect their current status - check their saved host addresses - verify .local, DNS and mDNS connectivity from Homey - check all Flow references before re-pairing anything - preserve the existing Flows before making changes Example prompt for ChatGPT: My Bosch/Siemens appliances in Home Connect (Local) are offline. Use @Homey to troubleshoot them directly in my Homey. First inspect the app and devices without changing anything. Check whether the hostnames need to end in .local, whether Homey can resolve them through mDNS, and whether the paired devices have cached old addresses. Check every Flow reference before removing or re-pairing a device. Do not make partial changes if Homey returns a rate-limit error, and report exactly what you change. Never publish your SingleKey ID password, local appliance security keys or the complete appliance profile.
