# Local login - Resolved by using dns url and not IP

I can’t seem to login to the Web page to create advanced flows, I can login to the app fine, that username and password doesn’t work, what am I doing wrong sorry?

You need to create a local user on [https://my.homey.app/](https://my.homey.app/) first.

Go to the Users tab, and click the 3 dots at the user you want to create a local account for

But how? That’s exactly the problem , TD can’t login to my.homey.app

One should be able to login to my.homey.app with the same credentials as used for the mobile app

What is the error message, please?

The local login option is used for login to http://homey\_ip\_address/ and can be a nice alternate login ONCE you create it per my.homey.app.
