It’s available as of the end of September (see post above yours).  
Make sure the mobile app is at least updated to:

Two: _ **The app you use needs to have added support for RTSP streams** _.

The [Onvif Camera app](https://community.homey.app/t/app-pro-support-for-onvif-compatible-cameras-release-2-0-54-test-2-0-58/28377) for example has!
