# Lay-Z-Spa Pro App Login

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get the lay-z-spa pro app to work but when it asks me to sign in it says loggin failed.

I tried resetting the password to my best way account too so I know it’s definitely correct!

Anyone else had any issues?

Same issue here. When i installeer the spa i didn’t had to make an account. So i think of will not work this way anymore. I hope someone van fix the app for the spa.

I’ve actually retuned my homey pro as I just don’t think the support is there.

That being said, I’ve now got home assistant set up and still wanted to be able to control my lay Z spa. There is an integration that I believe is working the same way as this one.

The HA community articles detailed this was the app needed:

It asked me to create an account which I then used in the integration and it has worked! I’m not certain this is the one the homey app is looking for but it’s definitely worth a shot!

Someone that has the app working?

I can connect to my lay z spa but only toggle the power button on or off. Not get the heater or filtration to work.

Hope someone updates the Homey app 😛
