As it is now, the “last person went to sleep” trigger does not care if the user is at home or not. If the user isn’t at home, the home automation system has no use of knowing he went to sleep.

My point: Homey should check if each user is at home when triggering the “last person went to sleep”. If you have set up automated sleep detection, and base your home settings on everyone sleeping or not, it does not automatically trigger if the user is away without doing specific tests for each user.

I have a bunch of flows running to accomplish that, because of this shortcoming in “last person went to sleep”. So I certainly second this.
