Device shows unavailable after successful pairing, unable to remove device or delete app ---

I have two 916’s and one 914. Sometimes one, two or all will be unavailable and usually all three after a power outage. I go into the Z Wave Developer Tools, test and update the routes on all three. Then restart the Kwikset app. That works for me. ---

Finally got the device to uninstall,will try to pair again with the hub closer, but it is only four feet away now. Thanks for your help with
