# KAKU / COCO door/motion sensors don´t work

Plz check if u know for sure there is no device with an empty battery. Devices with empty batteries WILL overload the band and CAN cause other devices to not work like they supposed to.  
There is only one good way to check the batteries and that is [measure](https://community.homey.app/t/how-to-measure-batteries-on-faltering-battery-powered-devices/15561) them.
