# Just bought a homey and it doesn’t even do what I want

I have just bought a homey on it being advertised with Alexa and Somfy blind integration. I have programmed the blinds, but not been able to integrate to Alexa to voice control the blinds to open or close.

As a result I have written to their support desk only to be told that homey can’t do this. Surely this is false advertising or perhaps a mistake on part of Athom?

I’ll post the full communication chain with Homey a bit later to see if I have misunderstood or they’ve made a mistake as I can’t believe this integration doesn’t work given what’s advertised. If it’s true it doesn’t work, I feel that this is false advertising.

Has anyone managed to get this integration to work?
