Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Danfoss eTRV0103 thermostat in my smart home system. The device displays a “Timeout after 10000ms” error, and it seems that the system is unable to communicate with the thermostat. The device information is as follows:

- **Manufacturer ID:** Danfoss
- **Product ID:** eTRV0103
- **Device Type:** enddevice
- **Device ID:** 34:10:f4:ff:fe:60:b1:0b
- **Firmware Version:** 00.20.0008 00.20

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any advice or steps to fix this connectivity problem.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,

---
