# Issue with adding IKEA matter sensors

Hi All ,

Yesterday I bought MYGGSPRAY , BILRESA and when I tryed to add to Homey Pro 2023

Every time stuck at this phase :

Tryed remove the official IKEA app reinstalled but result is same

Any Idea What is the problem ?
