# Issue Adding TOSOT Split Airco Clivia to Homey Pro

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am experiencing an issue while trying to add one of my three air conditioners to the Gree app for Homey.
The affected unit is:
- **TOSOT Split Air Conditioner Clivia GWH12AUCW**
### **Problem Description**
When I add a new device in the Gree app and enter the static IP address of the air conditioner, I receive the following message:
> **“No response from device.”**
If I choose to **skip the UDP scan** , the device is added as a tile in Homey, but it is displayed with the following messages:
> **“Unknown device”** and **“Your air conditioner is offline.”**
When I check my home network, I can confirm that the air conditioner is connected to Wi-Fi and the connection is active.
In addition, the air conditioner can be controlled without any issues through the **Gree+** app using the same Wi-Fi connection.
### **Technical Information**
- Homey Pro (Early 2023)
- Gree App version 1.2.1
- Air conditioner: TOSOT Split Air Conditioner Clivia GWH12AUCW
