Dumb New Guy - DNG here. When I read the forum I see mention of an Arlo app. However, when I go to the app store I do not see anything. I have 2 hubs and 20 cameras - 1 Q, 14 Pro 4, and 5 Pro 5. I appreciate any help. And, as you can see, I am asking a lot of questions right now, but I will learn the Homey Secret Handshake pretty quick - hang in there with me. Thx, Jack ---

You could have read the corresponding [official app topic](https://community.homey.app/t/14769/) why it isn’t available. But to help you out, the app was removed because of a forced introduction of 2 factor authentification by arlo several years ago. [Source](https://community.homey.app/t/14769/419). ---

There was an app once, but the app developer asked Athom to remove it from the App Store. I’m glad you got it to work. I only have one Arlo base station with two cameras so I didn’t really plan to add more support but I will look into it. Next in line is snapshots. After that I’ll look into streaming and if I can find some info on doorbells. Hard to test when you don’t have any. But let’s see what i can find out 🙂 //Mikael ---

I see there is an update to the app with snapshots and live video. Snapshot loads, but livestreaming does not. “Arlo did not return a stream URL” is the fault messages. There is also a new Arlo doorbell device. It does not find my doorbell. I only have the “Arlo Audio Doorbell”, the one without camera built in. Another feature that would be great is to view and change the modes from the basestation device. Not only from flows. Thanks again for making this app, changing modes from flows have worked great so far. ---

Hi and thank you for your email. Can you try live stream and when it fails send a diagnostic report from the Arlo app inside honey?
