Hi, ich möchte gerade meine Homes App Pro das Unifi App einrichten, hier muss ich unter Einstellungen IP: Username und Passwort eintragen, wo finde ich diese Angaben in meinen UNIFI Dashboard?

Fast richtig 😉  
Bei dir ist es nur WAN IP, weil du noch einen Router dahor hast, oder? Die markierte IP ist eine private (LAN)-IP.

Im der Homey-App muss die IP des Unifi-Managers eingetragen werden.  
Je nach Konfig kann das sein:

- die Dreammachine mit installierten Manager
- der CloudKey
- eine andere Manager-Instanz, z.B. im Docker
